Terms

Last updated 9 August 2026

These terms cover your use of this website, shipsmith.dev, which is operated by Stephen South trading as Shipsmith in the United Kingdom. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work starts; nothing on this site forms part of that contract.

What this site is

The site describes Shipsmith's services and lets you book a call or request a free AI assessment. The content is provided for general information. It is offered in good faith and kept accurate, and it comes without warranties of any kind.

The free AI assessment

The assessment is an automated first read generated from a short form, followed up personally. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation. It is general commentary based on limited information, and decisions about your business remain yours: verify anything material before acting on it.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Shipsmith. You are welcome to link to it and quote it with attribution. Republishing substantial parts of it, or scraping it for training or commercial reuse, needs written permission first.

Third-party links and services

The site links to services we use (such as Cal.com for booking) and to external sites. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are responsible for none of their content or conduct.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shipsmith accepts no liability for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
